This is the limited First Batch Release Type A Special Gunpla Box, which comes with one HG 1/144 Westenfluss's Customized Destiny Gundam and a special sticker sheet.
The CD is contained within the Gunpla box, with Destiny Gundam on the booklet design as well. ^^
