The source of this news - TFW2005 put this as a "possible" release, since there's yet to be any confirmation about it. The picture does say that this will be a 7-11Net limited release for commemorating the 1st anniversary of that website, which is legit as there are limited Revoltech Yamaguchi Eva-00 Kai New Theatrical Version and Queen's Blade Leina 2P Ver. confirmed for this purpose as well.
Even the pre-order dates and price are shown: (start) July 14th, (end) September 19th, (release) September 23rd. 4,200 Yen (inclusive of tax).
No information on 7-11Net at the moment regarding this item. We'll have to wait till July 14th to see if there's a special page set up to receive pre-orders for this item ^^

Also, the image for the recently announced new variation of Transformers Alternity Megatron featuring Nissan Fairlady Z is out, and apparently it's Diamond Black, not Diamond Block (ダイヤモンドブロック), which makes sense instantly. ^^;
