Called "Double O Characters Paku Paku", I believe they are small pouches that can be used to store some small items when one is out for a walk.
Character cards (?) inside the pouch can be removed it seems.
All 4 Gundam Meisters + 1 unknown types, September release, 200 Yen each (inclusive of tax).
Gundam Double O movie "A Wakening of the Trailblazer" will be released on September 18th.
