Transformers Masterpiece Starscream Movie Ver.
The next release in Takara Tomy's Transformers Masterpiece series after Grimlock will be this one: MP-M01 Starscream Movie Ver.
Not sure if they are the same, but it does look like the Leader Class version from Hasbro to me.
