Colorful September

I used to think that September will be all about Gundam 00, plus no MG is available until the next one, MG101 Destiny Gundam, which will only be out in October. But I was wrong, September seems to quite a colorful month for Gundam fans. Here are the loads:

FG Gundam 00 Series: Except for Gundam Virtue (the bulkiest one:-), the other three Gundams from the upcoming Gundam 00 (very soon now!): Excia, Dynames, and Kyrios will be out in FG format. May not be anything new anymore since a closer look of each model can be seen in my previous posting.

HCM-Pro Evangelion series: As a new theatrical version of Evangelion is coming up in September, Bandai is launching HCM-Pro versions of the Evas as well. A close look of Eva Unit 1 with his loads of armaments can be seen in another previous posting - scroll all the way down to see it. But I'm more interested in how those four transparent figures from the anime will be given. Nice to be able to see Asuka and Misato again ^^
*Trivia for you: the voice actor for Misato is Kotono Mitsuishi, who voiced for Murrue Ramius, captain of Archangle, as well as Ezalia Joule, Yzak's mom in Gundam SEED ^^

Super Grade Collection: A brand new product line from Bandai, it seems, and a really nice one too. Models which seems to be of capsule toy height, with very few parts, but with all the colors given. Plus, each has articulation in the head, shoulder, elbow, legs and feet, so there'll be quite a lot of fun for such a small model. Plus, the first two releases, Gundam RX-78-2 (always the first one of course!) and Wing Gundam seem to have their own display base. The price is 780 Yen each, which is around RM27. I bet these will be quite popular among office people who want to have one or two Gundams on their office tables which are small enough to hide in the drawer when your boss walks in :D

MG Patlabor Special LED Edition: Three leading mecha from Patlabor will be out featuring LED for their shoulder lights and the smaller lights in their waist. The re-release of these models seem to be in conjunction of the release of Patlabor Movie 2 in HD DVD format on 24 August (Correct me if I'm wrong, since that's how I understand it from the text in the picture). Should be fun to see Unit 1 and 3 with LED effect, but Unit 2? One has to utter, "Again?!" for that particular model.

HCM-Pro Jegan: It's finally out, about 10 months after its announcement at PLAMO Radicon Show 2006. That's really a long haul for a particular product, but at least it's coming out together with the special coated version of Nu Gundam. Char's Counterattack fans might want to buy both to complete the whole series of HCM-Pros from that movie.

HCM-Pro Gundam RX-78-2 Special Limited Edition: I didn't realize that the HCM-Pro series is out for three years already :-) But never mind, this figure is out to remind everyone about that fact. I kind of like the color scheme, even though a whitish Gundam seems a bit plain at first sight. Also, it's on limited edition as well, quite valuable for collection~

See, colorful month right? :-D

P/s: If you're a big fan of Yzak Joule's Gouf Ignited, or MG 100 Mustache, oops Turn A Gundam, you might be interested to see more of its pictures on the same website.
