A new CAD seems to have confirm this to a future release in the Robot Damashii series.
A few issues put up for consideration:
- Will a display stand be needed for the MS form?
- Stability of the overall figure (given the width of its wingspan)
- Can the huge arm in MS form be retained?
- Can the parts stay in place during transformation?

Tamashii Nation has plenty of huge releases this year. G.F.F. MC Z Plus [Red], the two display figure of S.I.C. Hero Saga and Golden Sagittarius, and a few others. I believe Robot Damashii Regnant won't be as expensive as the ones mentioned, but it's certainly going to be a huge release.
Those who has MSIA Throne Drei can probably have a good guess at how big the MA is going to be.
