Sheryl Nome and Cathy's special water slide decal are special prizes for 1/72 Armored VF-25F and VF-25S respectively. They are not being included by default for those two kits.
On the far left side of the first image, you can see part separation for the Armor pack. It's probably a sign that the Armor pack will get an individual release like the Super pack.
