For real? Revoltech's articulation with full transformation gimmick for Macross Valkyries? That's going to be really awesome. ^^ In terms of competition, Yamato's 1/60 Complete Transformation series won't be affected I believe, due to the size and material used, but if the price of these new Revoltech Valkyries are going to be close to the regular Revoltechs, then Bandai would have to reconsider the position of both its VF100's and Robot Damashii [Side VF] series in the market.
Actually, given the price of the VF100's line, even "half" transformation gimmick for Revoltech Valkyrie would mean big trouble for the earlier I suppose ^^;
I'm paying full attention to future updates on the development of this "Macross War". ^^
