July would be the month of grand celebration over Gunpla 30th Anniversary if not mistaken, and the text shown for this new item is in golden gradient for some unclear reason maybe. ^^
It's also unclear whether this will be a standalone release, or the beginning of the "new Gundam brand" announced in mid November. The later is extremely possible, because the launch of the new Gundam brand mentioned is set to be in July as well.
