Den-O Zaku II - this is actually one of the entries for MG Zaku II Ver. 2.0 competition by Dengeki Hobby and was featured in July 2007.
Since Gundam Epyon was not featured in Endless Waltz, I suppose this heavy-mecha design is here to fulfill that role? ...

Plenty of fan arts based on Turn A. The first one on the top left being the most "subtle" of them all, with changes made to the head only. In my opinion that gives this particular Turn A design a much more Gundam-like feel (which the original one lacks).
The other two are pretty much out of the Gundam universe.
