The reason given for the cancellation of the release was "trouble in production" (生産上のトラブル).
Scheduled to be released in November at 735 Yen each (inclusive of tax), this gashapon set is supposed to feature characters from "The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi-chan" with voice effect of famous lines spoken by their respective seiyuu from the anime. All 9 types featuring Haruhi-chan, Nyoron Churuya-san, Kyon, Mikuru and Yuki, plus another 4 voice variations.
Another gashapon set which suffered the same fate as Haruhi-chan is Prop Plus Petit Inuyasha. Fans of Inuyasha please be informed as well.

Late November release, 3,150 Yen (inclusive of tax).
Last picture on the right shows the samples of S.H. Figuarts Cure Lemonade and Cure Aqua. Both are scheduled to be released in late December at 3,150 Yen each (inclusive of tax).
