The new anime, a movie I presume is called "Heaven and Earth", and will be released on December 25th at Ikebukuro Cinema Sunshine.
Very obvious personal touch of Hisashi Hirai (平井久司), the character designer as you can see from the image. ^^ Hisashi Hirai is also the character designer for "Gundam SEED Destiny".
