As reported by Quentin, the event is at Hall 1, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and will be on till next Tuesday (August 3rd). Fans who are in Hong Kong right now should go there and have a look.
Hong Kong modelers are always able to come up with great ideas for their Gunplas, and some of the best can be seen at ACGHK. In 2008, a diorama of a Gunpla modeler's room was exhibited (another posting); in 2009, a diorama of Keroro with his friends in his room full of Gunpla boxes was shown (other postings: link 1, link 2, link 3). All are god-class masterpiece in my opinion.
In this year's event, there are a lot of Zakus and a few Devil Gundams ^^ Click for larger view:
