On the other hand, a rather unusual plamo kit release from Kotobukiya: 1/1 scale ID-3 HoiHoi-san.
From the manga series "Ichigeki Sacchu!! HoiHoi-san LEGACY" ( 一撃殺虫！！ホイホイさん LEGACY ), it took me sometime browsing through some websites with introduction on it before being able to believe that this is indeed going to be a plamo kit.
In 1/1 scale, HoiHoi-san is actually quite small - 11.5cm tall. In the story, HoiHoi-san is supposed to be a doll-like android created to kill household pest. She is small so that she can sneak through furniture and tight spots to find her enemies.
Manufactured in mass, HoiHoi-san can be customized to wear different costumes, and to wield many different weapons. Machine gun, Gatling, bazooka, ax and flail are just part of her arsenal XD
This plamo version of HoiHoi-san comes molded in around 100 multicolored PVC parts, so no painting is required.
Changing the position of the pupil is via part-swapping.
September release, 3,150 Yen (inclusive of tax) - another huge attraction ^^
As mentioned, there are many versions of HoiHoi-san in the manga, so I believe we're going to see many variations of this model in the future. Hopefully one with a Gatling is in planning as well. ^^
