The second version of Kotobukiya's 1/1 scale ID-3 HoiHoi-san has being announced: a limited version for Dengeki Character Festival 2009.
The color of her dress changes from the original version's black to light blue. HoiHoi-san's hair color is yellow for this limited edition. Her release info and accessories has yet to be announced though.
