The joint allows the huge shoulder to swing to the front without clashing with the chest.
Front skirt armor can be raised high to allow wider movement for the leg.
Knee has double joint, and the front portion of the foot can move independently.
There's also a joint in the abdomen allowing the model to bend forward/backward.
