Coming in mid July, a special limited Gunpla will be released, and on top of that, folks will get to see Gundam in the air, literally. ^^
To be launched on July 16th, Gundam designs will decorate Boeing 777-300 aircrafts owned by ANA, which will be named as "ANA x Gundam Jet". The first flight featuring this special Gundam airplane will be ANA25, flying from Tokyo (Haneda) to Osaka (Itami) on July 16th. Passengers on this flight will receive the special prize of an original pass certificate.
Passengers and fans will get to see these "ANA x Gundam Jets" till late March 2011.
Special limited items and campaigns are planned as well.
Two limited Gunplas to be released under "ANA x Gundam Sky Project":
(1) HG 1/144 Gundam RX-78-2 G30th ANA Original Color Ver. - Available on ANA domestic (Japan) flights between July 1st and August 31st.
Limited to one per passenger, while stock last. 3,000 Yen (inclusive of tax).
(2) Mega Size Model 1/48 Gundam RX-78-2 ANA Original Color Ver. - Available on ANA domestic (Japan) and international flights between July 1st, 2010 and February 28th, 2011. For international flight, order and payment will be received during the flight and the model will be delivered to the specified location on a later date.
Limited to one per passenger, while stock last. 8,500 Yen (inclusive of tax).
