Apart from the new color scheme (from silver for the original release to dark silver (?) for this new set, the sword and shield are newly designed as well. For Kiba Musha, the only difference seems to be the color (from white-blue-gold for the original release to white-red-black.
HLJ has these two items up for preorder: Knight Gundam and Kiba Musha.

On a completely separate note, GA Graphic has a gallery up about assembling the recently released 1/144 Linebarrel from Kotobukiya, which shows the part separation and details for some of the parts.
Kotobukiya is catching up in terms of plamo design and production. ^^
