Unlike "normal" Tamashii Web Shop limited releases, the two items above are going to be sold in lucky draw style - you only get to pay and get them if your order is selected.
And on top of that, you have to be a Bandai Premium Club member in order to participate too.
For your information, G.F.F. Wing Gundam [Early Type] Crystal Clear Ver. and Baby Nirvash and Baby theEND set are limited merchandises sold at the recent Chara Hobby 2009. Now that they are listed on Tamashii Web Shop, they are meant for folks who didn't attend that event.
But still, they seem really hard to get ^^;
