This kit seems to be the clear color treatment of the first bundled set of 00 Raiser and Action Display Base Celestial Beings Ver. released back in December 2008. This was a limited item at the recent ACGHK 2010 in Hong Kong.
Singapore fans will see this item coming to their country at the upcoming Gundam Fiesta Singapore 2010.
