Gundam Expo Tokyo 2008 & Others

An upcoming Gundam event not to be missed: Gundam Expo to be held in Tokyo from 12th till 17th August. The major attraction this time, according to Gundam.Info is updates on Gundam Double O Season 2. Not sure if any new Gunpla or trailer from the series is going to be displayed, but since it's an official event organized by Bandai, we are definitely going to get more confirmation about the design of the Gundams, as well as the characters. But the latest offerings from other series like MG and HGUC are definitely going to be in. Remember last year's Gundam Expo Tokyo? The final prototype of MG Destiny, and plenty of new Gunplas from Gundam Double O were being displayed.

And of course, plenty of other Gundam goodies like previous Gunpla lineup, new games and videos, and the sales of limited edition Gunplas will be among the 'traditional' sections of the event.

This is actually the fourth entry in the HCM-Pro Gundam Wing series. Fans must be anxiously waiting for Shenlong to be released to complete the set. For that, fans will have to hold their wallet till September. The price for Shenlong is 3,150 Yen (with tax).

Also, for Code Geass fans, there'll be yet another repainted 1/35 Mechanic Collection Lancelot coming in August, this time in black and gold "Black Knight" color scheme. The price is 2,100 Yen (with tax).

The person shown promoting this Plamo is Jun Fukuyama, the seiyuu for Lelouch in Code Geass.
