Kotobukiya's Frame Arms Content Revealed

The first three releases from Kotobukiya's Frame Arms series is scheduled to be out by the end of October, but shops in Japan are already receiving their samples, so we get to see the content of this heavily promoted new product series from the company.

And I must say, I'm rather surprised about it ^^

Frame Architect Type-001 - 1,260 Yen (inclusive of tax).

The "frame" actually comes all assembled. ^^

Two small runners consisting of other parts for the model, like the hand units it seems.

Manual.

SA-16 Stylet - 3,150 Yen (inclusive of tax).

32 Series Type 1 Gourai - 3,150 Yen (inclusive of tax).

For Stylet and Gourai, the same frame is included, with more runners for the armors and weapons included.

I always thought that one needs to assemble the frame just like a normal plamo kit - never imagine that it would come fully completed. ^^ Bandai tried a similar approach quite some time ago, with 1/60 Gundam F91 and then the Quick Model series for Gundam SEED. Will model kit with not many parts to assemble gain the appeal of plamo fans?

We'll have to wait till the end of the month to see the response to this Frame Arms series to know the answer. ^^
