You can see Director Seiji Mizushima and his team of production staff talking about a lot of things, very casually among themselves. ^^

The director seems to be very busy with his electronic gadgets at the beginning of the clip, XD and other anime series like "K-On!!" and "Haruhi" came up in the conversation as well. There is of course some mentioning of characters from the anime, in Japanese though, which isn't very useful for most of us.
