For your information, S.I.C. Kiwami Damashii Kamen Rider Hibiki Red Ver. was a limited item at the recent Tamashii Nation 2009 Autumn (October 2nd - 4th, to be held at Akihabara Akiba Square UDX2F). Like most other event-limited merchandises from Tamashii Nation this year, folks who didn't get to go to the specific event are still able to purchase them from Tamashii Web Shop.
Then again, to get anything from Tamashii Web Shop if you're from outside Japan is still quite hard. ^^;
