Kaiyodo finally confirms on the release of the first two characters from the new Sci-fi Revoltech series (previously called "Revoltech SFX" on my blog). A new website has been created for this new series.
The two characters mentioned are Daimajin and Alien. Both of them were first showcased at Revoltech Expo 2009 in September last year.
Daimajin
125mm tall. 17 points of articulation, 17 Revoltech joints used. Comes with knife (with sheath, when pulled out), option hand unit x3, captured Samurai in the hand of Daimajin, option face part x1, Stake (can be pierced into the forehead), display stand x1, name plate x1.
April 1st release, 2,850 Yen (inclusive of tax).
Alien
150mm tall. 15 points of articulation, 13 Revoltech joints used. Comes with Alien Egg x1, Facehugger x1, display stand x1, name plate x1.

Both characters are from classic movies in the past. Maybe this is a good chance to get your dad and uncle to start collecting Revoltech figures. XD
