The prize is a set of Premium Figures featuring recolored Sheryl Nome Black Bunny Ver. and White Rabbit Ver. The earlier has been recolored to crimson red, while the White Rabbit Ver. gets a snowy white recolor. Sheryl's hair is changed from pink to purple for the later.
How does the Double Chance Campaign works is unknown at the moment, but I believe you'll need to send some purchase evidence to Banpresto to participate in this lucky draw.
Ichiban Premium Macross F "The False Songstress" prize item set will be out in March at 800 Yen each (inclusive of tax). See this previous posting for the list of all the different categories and types in this set.
