The box art seems like it's designed after Vermilion Squadron's takeoff to meet Milia Fallyna's team of Queadluun-Rau not long after SDF-1 Macross returns to Earth in "SDF Macross: Do You Remember Love?"

The thigh is designed with a slide-in joint to connect to the body of the fighter.
