The milk coffee is produced by UCC Coffee, while the figurine included is made by Kotobukiya.
Images shown are stock available at Kotobukiya's direct store in Akihabara. However, it's reported that the special milk coffee can be purchased from Hobby City in Akihabara as well.
Each set (250g milk coffee + figure) is priced at 698 Yen (inclusive of tax). It will also be released as a case containing 5 sets x 3 types of 250g milk coffee + figure. The price for each case is 10,470 Yen (inclusive of tax).
