Gundam Unicorn Again

Yes, folks, discussion on MG Unicorn again ^^;

I checked on Hong Kong Model League again, and found out that the dispute is not the horn/V-fin anymore, but the cheek.

There seems to be no split whatsoever on the cheek to give a hint that it is directly transformable.

As a result, the cheek might requires part-swapping for the transformation, and this time, there seems to be no alternative.

Is it really so? that the cheek requires part swapping to accomplish the head transformation? It seems quite true to me but more information is needed to verify that. Though like my friend Chong said, a perfect transformation would be much better, part swapping doesn't distort the beauty of this model anyway. Unicorn is still a sure-buy for me.

As with the reminder posted yesterday, nothing is really final about this seemingly controversial Gunpla now. We still need some solid information and photos to confirm the real gimmick of Unicorn. Those who are able to get their hands on the latest issue of Dengeki would probably understand the 'secret' already, since there are explanation on it in that issue.

I'm sorry if you find the recent postings of Unicorn on my blog to be a bit excessive ^^; Things said were being confirmed at one time, just to be changed after a few days, then something else comes in and nothing is to be sure anymore. I just wanted to provide you with some latest news about the kit, and to show you what exactly is going on with its development. If you're looking for the most exact information, you'll have to wait till early next month, when Bandai officially announced the December merchandises on their Hobbysite.

Now, onto other Gundam stuff :D More images of upcoming Gunplas from Datsu! Mikkabouzu.

Special codes printed in the chest of 1/60 Exia. Nifty ^^ Plus, this time the yellow parts for the verniers on the cheek are provided.

The GN Blades mount rack on the pelvis may require part-swapping, since it's so close to the joints.

Closeup on 1/100 Kyrios.

1/100 Dynames. The beam pistols mounted on the sides of his legs are not shown, but I believe they are included nonethelss.

Closeup on the conversion kit for Gundam Astraea. The shoulders seem a bit small ^^;

1/144 Tieren Ground Type should be available in Malaysia already.

Graham Arce's Customized Union Flag coming in next month.

The official photo release of this kit.
