DX Chogokin Macross Quarter will be on display at マクロス超時空進宙式典 (not sure how to translate that ^^;), an event specifically for the Macross Universe, and it's coming up really soon as well, exactly one week from (February 22nd) at Akihabara Akiba Square UDX2F.

With all the depressing news of limited special gifts and Japan-only mail pre-order goodies recently, Sheryl Nome's special water slide decal is a good news for her fans. It's not limited, and will be included for 5 new and upcoming 1/72 Transformable VF-25s. See details in this previous posting.
There's no mentioning of when this campaign will end though.
