What can be more bad-ass than Gundam Throne Eins?
The name is Gundam Throne Eins Turbulenz, featured in Gundam 00V...
...and it transforms too!
The backpack is abnormally huge for Throne Eins. My guess is that it can actually eject the whole backpack during emergency times, and the Gundam can still operate independently. Its MA form is really cool though ^^
On the other hand, here are some news on upcoming Gunplas from Gundam Double O:
GN Arms - March 15 release, 5,775 Yen
Not exactly a fresh news anymore, ^^; you can have a look at more images of GN Arms in my previous posting.
HG 1/144 Throne Zwei - March 21 release, 1,680 Yen
HG 1/144 Throne Drei - April release, 1,680 Yen
Neena's Throne Drei has finally being announced! Apparently she uses no hand held weapon at all, but her backpack armors can be folded as seen in the anime.
HG 1/144 Nadleeh - April release, 1,260 Yen
This kit is a real surprise among all the merchandises this time ^^ Those who are not interested in the 1/100 version can considered this smaller scale version instead.
* Judging from Bandai's 'usual' marketing tricks, I don't think the Twin Shoulder Cannons are included. -_-||| Just my personal speculation though.
HG 1/144 Overflag - March 21 release, 1,260 Yen
Only the rifle is new this time ^^;
EDITED: Upcoming MGs, HGs and SDs
MG Zaku II Mine Layer - March 23 release, 4,725 Yen
1,000 Yen extra for that backpack and (another) Zaku II Ver. 2.0? Count me out on this one ^^;
MG MS-06F Zaku II Ver. 2.0 - March 23 release, 3,525 Yen
This 'new' Zaku II Ver. 2.0 comes with a little cap to be used with your Action Display Base to simulate the famous colony infiltration scene from the UC0079.
* What about those who don't have an Action Display Base? -_-
MG Strike Gundam with Sword & Launcher Pack - April release, 5,250 yen
Fans' requests? or an 'inevitable' release? Anyway, a difficult decision for many people I believe: are you willing to spend on this Strike just to get the Sword and Launcher packs if you already have Aile Strike? And for those who don't have that kit, are you going to get Aile Strike for its backpack equipment? (and end up having two MG Strike nonetheless)
And what about those who have Strike + IWSP as well? Wuhhuh~ ^^;
HGUC Nu Gundam - March 26 release, 2,625 Yen
Apart from the nice action poses, HGUC Nu Gundam comes with all sort of nifty features to 'revamp' the experience in Gunpla-ing.
A must-buy on my list ^^
HG 1/144 Trojan Noiret's Customized Gundam Astray Green Frame - March 26 release, 1,260 Yen
HG 1/144 Leons Graves's Customized Civilian Astray DSSD Custom - March 26 release, 1,525 Yen
As mentioned some time ago, these two SEED Frame Astray Gunplas are 'a bit better' ^^; than merely recolored releases. Astray Green Frame comes with a beam lance; while Civilian Astray DSSD Custom has a redesigned head.
SD Char's Counterattack Set - March 27 release, 3,150 Yen
SD Strike Freedom vs Destiny Set - March 15 release, 1,575 Yen
Doctor Kururu - April release, 630 Yen
BB Senshi Sangokuden Koumei Re-GZ - April release, 630 yen
Other upcoming Gundam merchandises announced in Hobby Japan April issues include:
- MG Gelgoog Ver. 2.0 - mass-production type, April
- GFF Gundam Mk III - May
(Information from Gunota Headlines:)
Also, the last few seconds in Episode 19 of Gundam Double O featured a major turning point in the anime: (spoiler ahead, highlight to read) 30 GN Drive-powered MSs, called GN-X were supplied to the coalition of Union, AEU and HRL. 10 GN-Xs from HRL will appear in Episode 20 and defeat Team Trinity.

Finally, the prototype of the mysterious transformable Armored Core model mentioned some time ago has being unveiled as well:
